Abstract: The results of simulation and on-wafer measurements of passive distributed and lumped elements of GaAs MMICs, which are based on coplanar lines, are presented for frequencies up to 40 GHz. Based on the data obtained, the models accuracy for MMIC coplanar elements is estimated.
