Обзор существующих методов, подходов и технологий в области оценки актуальности и потенциала научно-технических направлений

Аннотация: В настоящее время существует множество методов, подходов и технологий в области оценки актуальности и потенциала научно-технических направлений. Это важная задача для развития науки и инноваций, а также для определения приоритетов и стратегий финансирования исследований. Проведены обзор и анализ существующих методов, подходов и технологий, а также их преимуществ и недостатков. Особое внимание уделено методам, основанным на анализе научных публикаций, патентов, цитирования, социальных сетей и экспертных оценок. Также рассмотрены перспективные направления для дальнейшего развития и усовершенствования методов оценки актуальности и потенциала научно-технических направлений; определены основные требования к автоматизированным системам управления научно-исследовательской деятельностью и анализируются их эффективность и преимущества.
