Capacity of the Quantum Key Distribution System with Single-Qubit Encoding via Satellite-Mediated Quantum Free-Space Link

Abstract: The model of the quantum key distribution over free-space link has been developed and analyzed. The dependency of the quantum bit error rate on channel attenuation and decision threshold of the receiver has been investigated.
