Abstract: The technique of construction of the current-voltage characteristics of chemical solutions, implemented in the framework of the new hardware and software system is presented in the format of the multilevel computer model. For the establishment and development of algorithm for its functioning there are three interrelated language: a measurement and control X-Robot language, algorithmic modeling expression language are used to develop algorithm design and analysis of current-voltage characteristics of chemical solutions, and the language of virtual instrument and devices, allowing to form panel visualization and interactive control parameters of the complex.
