Abstract: The design flow of 3-20 GHz MMIC low-noise amplifier (LNA) with using a suite of «visual» CAD tools is described. LNA is implemented in 0.15 μm GaAs pHEMT technology. The comparison of LNA simulation and measurement results is presented.
