Variants of secure data exchange implementation in housing and communal services according to DLMS/COSEM standards using Russian cryptography

Abstract: In this paper the authors review a commonly used protocols and security concepts, that are used in housing in Russia. Main problems to implement Russian domestic cryptography in DLMS / COSEM systems and defined a solution that could met requirements from DLMS / COSEM standard are specified as well as a security requirements from Russian government
