Annotation: The instantaneous ellipticity angle of all-round-looking radar signals is investigated based on the experimental data. The dependences of the ellipticity angle from the antenna radar angle and observation period are presented. The density distributions of the ellipticity angles for different antenna pattern sectors are shown.
