A method for assessing the level of reliability of employees in the personnel security system of an enterprise (using the example of CII enterprises)

Abstract: The article discusses a method for assessing the level of trustworthiness based on the compilation of a competence profile. This method provides a qualitative assessment of employee competencies and has been applied to employees employed at critical information infrastructure enterprises. The article presents the approbation data, shows the consistency of the expert assessment.
