Structure of an information recommendation system to support decision-making of the state institution

Abstract: The article deals with the construction of an information advisory system for the purposes of supporting the decision-making of a government agency when providing services. In the process of providing public services, a lot of situations arise that force the management to seek appropriate solutions. Some of the emerging situations are repeated, although with a variety of conditions, which creates a large number of possible options when searching for the right solution. To solve this problem, it becomes possible to use the ideas of information advisory systems.
