Highlighting of parametrically specified objects on the low resolution image

Abstract: Currently, the task of object recognition is one of the most urgent ones. In the article are considered problems of information processing on video image received from video cameras with low resolution. The sequence of image processing is investigated. The analysis of the algorithms for noise reduction and highlight borders is carried out. A sequence of image processing is proposed, that makes possible to identify and to highlight parametrically defined figures on the image.
