Abstract: The mathematical model of change process of a demographic situation in the form of independent non-Markov system of mass service with unlimited number of devices and РН-distribution of a holding time of applications is proposed. Its research is carried out by the method of asymptotic analysis of application number served in the system at the moment of time t. The distribution of probabilities of the number of applications and the basic characteristics defining this distribution are found. The opportunity of application of the developed model and the research method of change process of a demographic situation are shown.
