Abstract: There are presented new interactive techniques for designing of termostable microwave wideband amplifier stages with correction of one-ports (compensation and feedback networks) based on the «visual» approach. They allow us to take into account the influence of the temperature on the parameters of active and passive elements during designing of MMIC.
