Abstract: The article describes the method for determination of thermal conductivity of the dielectric layer in printed circuit boards for LED matrices. There are given the results of calculations and measurements of the thermal resistance of LED (light emitting diode) crystals on the printed circuit board according to the insulator of the type and area of metallization.
