Estimation of intervals in maintenance support of technical systems based on the model of semi-Markov process

Annotation: Mathematical model of maintenance support based on the model of Semi-Markov process was developed. The model takes into account α and β diagnosis errors and errors of maintenance staff. A methodology of estimation of reasonable intervals in maintenance support technical systems is suggested and it is based on the functionality of availability and of technical application.
