Annotation: The paper is devoted to identifying problems and building the structure of the interactive tutorial on the course «Theoretical foundations of electrical engineering», which is realized on the basis of calculation and modeling environment MARS. The interactivity is achieved through demonstrating algorithms of models construction and problems solution for students, and conducting various computer experiments. In the course of the experiments, construction of various mathematical models of electrical circuits, which uses the component circuits technique and graphic-analytical information on the circuit analyzed, is carried out in automatic mode.
