Abstract: The results of design of GaAs pHEMT MMIC variable attenuator are presented. Operating frequency band is DC – 20 GHz, reference insertion loss is 2,2 dB at 20 GHz, attenuation band is 27 dB, input / output return loss is better than 15 dB. Control signal is analog voltage - 3 V...0 V.
