Abstract: The general problem of nonlinear circuit optimization by criterion of signal-parametrical invariance is discussed. Conditions of the minimal dependence of time parameters of a nonlinear circuit response on pulse impact amplitude are determined on the basis of classical ratios of the invariance theory and differential transformation. The defect of invariance concept is established and formulas for its calculation are obtained. Based on these relations, the problem of parameters optimization of a nonlinear circuit by criterion of minimum of dependence of the pulse response rise-time on impact amplitude is considered.
