Abstract: Functional structure, tool blocks and principles of use of designer student automated workplace participating in group design training (automated workplace GDT) are offered. Construction of a universal complex of the virtual means allowing students of different technical specialities is done to master efficiently the automated technologies of design training (ATDT).
