Annotation: Automatic processing and the analysis of images have found application at recognition of symbols, detection of objects, in medical diagnostics, the analysis of biomedical images, remote sounding, at identification of people by portraits and fingerprints. The studying of microcirculation (MC) is one of the major problems in modern theoretical and clinical medicine. Therefore, complex studying of MC with the use of modern clinical, instrumental, biophysical and morphological methods in comparison to the data of general clinical researches is important for MC. The aim of this paper is to present a new approach to diagnostics of infringements MC and to estimate the efficiency of medical and surgical interventions for a patient with a heart attack of a myocardium by means use of the automated TV-computer complex for functional diagnostics.

Keywords: microcirculatory channel, bulbar conjunctiva, television image, a mathematical model of the image, digital filtering, segmentation of images
