Abstract: This article describes the INDESYS-MB software tool intended for model building of microwave monolithic integrated circuits elements based on multidimensional polynomials with the use of measurement results of the scattering parameters. The INDESYS-MB is implemented on the basis of universal INDESYS Framework platform.
