Experimental installation for analysis of nonlinear characteristics of microwave circuits in UWB pulse impact mode

Abstract: Experimental setup for analysis the characteristics of nonlinear circuits on picosecond pulse excitation was designed. Experimental investigations of setup were produced. The efficiency method of nonlinear reflectometry for the analysis of microwave circuits containing nonlinear elements is shown.
