Abstract: The design of Ka-band two-stage coplanar MMIC amplifier with four transistors power combining in the output stage is considered. The amplifier is manufactured with the use of the domestic 0,13 m GaAs mHEMT technology. The application of software tools for automated synthesis of microwave transistor amplifiers and passive circuits is described.
