Abstract: Interaction phenomena with plane interface of conjugated bi-isotropic Tellegen media are considered for plane circularly polarized eigenwaves (electromagnetic Beltrami waves). Transmission of a plane Beltrami wave through an interface takes place without inclination from the angle of incidence and accompanies the excitation of the orthogonally polarized plane Beltrami wave in the reflected field.
