On threats to the security of restricted information in mixed document flow and legal regulation in the application of digital signatures with biometric activation

Abstract: The article describes the issue of introducing hybrid document management technology and the need to make appropriate changes to the regulatory base of the Russian Federation. A preliminary estimate of the scale of such changes is given. A model of the intruder and actual threats to the security of information in mixed document management systems has been built, and ways of neutralizing the identified threats by hybrid workflow mechanisms are indicated.
