Abstract: As the trend towards the transfer of applications and tasks to the cloud expands, manufacturers are increasingly emphasizing partnerships with cloud service providers. When choosing a cloud service provider, customers often compare the various parameters of the sites on which the cloud is deployed. The paper proposes a model for choosing cloud service providers based on the use of the threshold aggregation method, which is used in multi-criteria evaluation tasks. The main characteristic of the proposed method is its non- compensatory nature. It is impossible to compensate for the low value of the criterion used by the high values of other criteria. Based on the proposed model, a rating is constructed reflecting the relative importance of various cloud service providers for the enterprise.
