Abstract: The article discusses a three-tier model of information security management processes based on the example of objects of critical information infrastructure. Critical information infrastructures of the Russian Federation, in order to avoid the implementation of various security incidents, require constant analysis and updating of work rules. The authors proposed an algorithm that allows making timely development of solutions by simulating the processes of the systems. System modeling allows to assess the effectiveness of the system and make the necessary proposals to improve the level of security.
