Annotation: The paper describes the implementation of surface approximation algorithm for rings and cylinders by orthogonal rectangles. The verification of the algorithm was performed through the example of printed circuit board via. The calculated and measured capacitances for system of vias coincides with a trace on the test printed circuit board.
