Abstract: The algorithm of estimating the bearing according to a set of differences of the signal phases measured between the elements of the aerial system is suggested. It is not necessary to know the distribution of the probabilities of the phase errors. The peculiarity of the algorithm is that there is no process of eliminating the ambiguity of the phase measurements and of restoring the total phase differences as a separate operation
