Analog base IV-former for Solar Array Simulator

Abstract: A shaper of the reference volt-ampere characteristics for solar cell simulators based on the approximation of the direct branch of the p – n junction is proposed. The simulation results are presented, the confidence intervals of the variables are presented, at which the optimum error of reproduction of the current-voltage characteristic is ensured. Proposed method allows creating reliable solar array simulators with maximum power point error less than 10%.
