The multicriteria decision support problem to choose delivery options for the line of software products to the target markets

Annotation: The multicriteria replication problem of differentiated software products by functional and delivery business models was considered. Were taken the following optimality criteria: minimum promotion costs, maximum total profit and attractiveness of market segments. The search of compromise decision is conducted for each criterion according to the decision principle under the form of an additive contacts convolution of desired and actual costs, profit, attractiveness and number of segments. The case of delivery options for the software «Electronic timetable» designed for the secondary institutions and universities of the Siberian Federal District market was described.
