Methods and means of increasing technical characteristics of active pulse television computing systems for supervision

Abstract: The paper considers the principles of operation of active pulse television computing systems for supervision over objects in various environmental conditions, even in presence of an optical noise source. We offer the following methods and means of increasing technical characteristics: visibility range, sensitivity, image quality, noise stability, reliability of detection and recognition, accuracy in measuring informative parameters of objects.
