Abstract: The retrial queues system with input MAP flow (Markovian Arrival Process) and unlimited number of servers is considered. To study this system we propose the method of asymptotic analysis under growing time of service, the method of moments and numerical method for prelimit situation. The analysis allows us to compare asymptotic and prelimit characteristics of the queueing system.
