Tool system for analysis and evaluation of learning content

Abstract: The paper discusses the issues of developing a tool system for analysis and evaluation of learning content of a university. It identifies requirements for such a system and proposes analysis algorithms. The paper defines two types of criteria for content evaluation: automatic, with their values set based on analysis algorithms, and expert criteria that are based on a survey. All criteria are put in the knowledge base. The paper proposes an original tool system structure that includes a knowledge base, e-learning resource base, modules for the procedure of assessment, analysis, processing, review and planning of e-learning resource modernization.
