Abstract: The possibility of using orthogonally elliptically polarized signals of the beacon having two spaced radiation points for determining bearing and roll angle of a mobile object is examined. The bearing and roll angle can be identified by results of analysis of amplitudes and phases in the linear polarization basis of simultaneously received vector signals by aboard mobile unit with UWF two-channel receiver.
