Algorithm for formants calculation and searching of aligned fragments in preparation for phonoscopic examination

Annotation: One of the methods used in conducting phonoscopic examinations is the method of formant alignment. Within this framework, fragments containing identical phonetic information are first identified, in their frames there are sections with coinciding frequencies of the first and second formants (aligned areas), which are used later in the phonoscopic examination. During this work, an algorithm for allocating the formant frequencies and searching on their basis candidates for the role of aligned areas has been proposed and implemented. This allows you to shorten the time of the phonoscopic examination due to the reduction of information used for manual analysis.
