Methodology for modeling the temperature stability of the B19K resistor blocks in SPICE simulators

Abstract: The article presents a methodology for modeling the temperature stability of the B19K resistor blocks in the Cadence OrCAD. The character of the temperature dependence of the resistance of each block resistive elements is shown. The necessary and sufficient physical parameters for the synthesis of adequate SPICE model from the perspective of temperature stability are defined. A test circuit simulation of a resistor block patterns B19K is done.
