Abstract: Parameters of the real power amplifier model was defined. The estimation of parameters of predistorter was done. Coefficients of predistorter model was calculated. Calculated values of reducing of intermodulation distortion in output signals of two-tone and OFDM power amplifier model was shown. Decrease of intermodulation distortion level in output signals of the real power amplifier was shown.
