Simulation and analysis of a novel single-phase induction motor with increased starting torque

Annotation: The article presents a novel design of a single-phase induction motor with increased starting torque. A new stator configuration is proposed. The simulation and analysis of the wide range of stator modifications of induction motor were fulfilled with help of the special software: ANSYS Maxwell and Simplorer.
