Abstract: The results of all-electric aircraft power supply system analysis are presented in this paper. The requirements for modern aircraft electric power supply system were defined. It was concluded that the power generation system comprising a permanent-magnet generator with a multilevel active rectifier and inverter based on the MOSFET modules is preferable to be used.
