Abstract: In the article there is a mathematical model of an active four-port device for a wideband UHF amplifier on a basis of provided forward coefficients, reflection coefficients and the structure of the parallel feedback two-port. Also the structure circuit of the active four-port is described by the active element with transfer and phase-forming circuits at input and output.
