Abstract: The «visual» design technique as well as model transformation method are described. Jointly, these techniques provide the design of correction and matching networks directly on MMIC elements characterized by complicated models. The techniques are implementation in the software LOCUS integrated with commercial CAD tool Microwave Office. As an example, the design of matching network on MMIC elements is demonstrated.
