Abstract: The investigation results of the LU factorization implementation for a multiple computation of a capacitance matrix of an arbitrary system of conductors and dielectrics in the range of dielectric permittivity are presented. The trend of the speed up increase with the accounting for the dielectric losses is revealed. Prospects for further investigation are suggested.
