Microwave characteristics of composite mixtures of nanosized powders of ferroelectrics and ferrites

Abstract: In the paper there are given the results of research on frequency dependences of permittivity and of composite mixtures of nanosized powders of ferroelectrics and ferrites with different weight concentration. The measurements are completed on microwave by resonator method. It is shown that the addition of a ferroelectric material to a ferrimagnetic one can change the electromagnetic characteristics.
