Distribution of current density on the cross section of electron beam in forevacuum

Abstract: There are given the results of the investigation on the current density distribution in the beam, and basic design and basic parameters of the plasma electron source designed to generate a pulsed electron beam in wide-backing pressures (5÷20 Pa).
