Development of semantic digital libraries

Annotation: This article discusses an approach to the creation of digital libraries (DL) and development using semantic technologies. We explain the functions of digital libraries for automation of which we propose the architecture and the semantics of Semantic Digital Library (SEB), also the basic processes are described.
