Abstract: The new method of automation of electronic document workflow for the health services with use of language BPEL that intended for the business process management, and formats Office Open XML for supporting the medical documents, is offered. The practical valuable of offered methodology is also demonstrated at use of languages C# and ASP.NET for development the web-application.
