Abstract: Multi-coordinate electro-mechatronic mani pulators are considered for such highly technological equi pment as technological complexes for formation and processing of surfaces of difficult spatial form products, solar battery orientation systems, automatic assembly of lighting devices components, probe stations for of nano- and the micro-system engineering tests and 3D measurements, etc.
