Application of spiral beams for defectoscopy and nondestructive testing

Annotation: Processes of formation, propagation and penetration of spiral wave front of semi-conductor laser radiation through a translucent object with the given defects are considered. It is shown that complex structured wave front with a spiral phase surface allows to determine a structure of investigated object.
