Abstract: The paper analyzes the methods of measurement of the signal/noise ratio of images obtained in the activeimpulse television-computer systems (AI TVCS) that form the images in bad weather. We considered generally accepted methods of measuring the signal/noise ratio, and made a comparative analysis of qualitative and quantitative experimental data obtained in continuous and impulse modes.
