Abstract: In this work, optimization of the parameters of the resistor mathematical model using evolutionary strategy has been performed. An equivalent circuit of the resistor up to 20 GHz has been obtained. We show that with the increase in the budget of objective function computations in 7 times, the deviation of the calculated reflection ratio magnitude decreases from the experimental one in 35 times.
